Try to be on time for the appointment
Wear a suitable underwear for oil massage
For osteothaï massage, choose a confortable fit that allows your body to move. Otherwise I will lend you one.

CONTRAINDICATION TO MASSAGE

Sometimes it is not the right time to receive a massage and it is better to reshedule your appointment:

In case of fever, infectious disease or recent injury
Pregnancy: it’s better to wait until the end of the third month
